How the pricing works
Freelance marketplaces typically charge a percentage of every payment, which means the platform earns more when your costs rise. ProsFair works the other way: a predictable monthly plan covers the workspace, the records, and the AI assistance. What you agree to pay the people you work with stays between you.
Both sides start free. Employers move to a paid plan as the team grows, since larger workforces create more agreements, tasks, and records to manage. Professionals can stay free or upgrade for AI help and extra verification options. Free plans stay useful: you can run a real engagement on them, not just look around.
Every plan below lists exactly what is included, so compare the columns before you choose. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades take effect at the next cycle, and your agreements, history, and records carry over untouched either way.

- Is there a free plan? Yes. The employer free plan covers one active professional, basic matching, work agreements, and payment logs. It runs a real engagement, not a demo.
- When should we upgrade? When the team grows past the free limits or you need scope protection, engagement health, and AI workforce insights. Team and Business plans raise the active professional limits and unlock integrations.
- Can we change plans later? Yes. Upgrades apply right away and downgrades take effect at the next cycle. Agreements, tasks, and records stay intact either way.
For professionals
- Is there a free plan? Yes. The professional free plan covers your profile, job matching, and work history with no time limit.
- What do paid plans add? Pro adds the AI profile builder and skill verification options. Professional adds priority matching and additional verification for competitive roles.
- Do professionals have to pay to get hired? No. Employers find and hire you on your free plan. Paid plans only accelerate your profile, verification, and matching.
Are payments between us affected? No. ProsFair records what was agreed and confirmed. Money moves through whatever method you already use.
