How it works

From first search to lasting working relationship

Five stages carry an engagement from idea to outcome. Each stage hands its records to the next, so nothing you enter is ever typed twice or lost.

  1. Find

Find professionals based on skills, experience, availability, timezone, expectations, and role requirements.

Tip: Start with one role, not ten. A clear role attracts clearer applicants.

  2. Agree

Create clear working agreements covering responsibilities, deliverables, schedule, workload, and compensation.

Tip: The agreement becomes the baseline that scope protection measures against later.

  3. Work

Manage tasks, commitments, deliverables, feedback, and payment records.

Tip: Small weekly updates beat big monthly reports. The record stays fresh without extra process.

  4. Review

See meaningful changes in scope, workload, commitments, agreements, and other areas that may need attention.

Tip: Treat every flag as a conversation starter. Most resolve with a quick agreement update.

  5. Continue or Rematch

Keep improving the relationship or request a rematch when the arrangement is no longer the right fit.

Tip: Honest rematch reasons help the next pairing succeed. Nothing here is punitive.

Notes and a plan written on paper
Two journeys, one shared record.

If you employ people

Define the role, review structured professional information, check verification status, agree on terms, then track work and record payments. When scope shifts, you see it early enough to adjust the agreement instead of the relationship.

For Employers

If you do the work

Build a profile once, verify your identity, discover matching opportunities, and agree on clear terms. Completed work, feedback, and confirmations accumulate into a portable record that makes the next opportunity easier to win.
