Does ProsFair process payments?
No. ProsFair records compensation terms and payment information. Employers and professionals can use their preferred payment method outside ProsFair.
Does ProsFair take a commission?
No. ProsFair uses subscription pricing rather than taking a commission from employer-professional transactions.
How does ProsFair protect professionals?
Protection runs both directions. Professionals complete KYC identity verification, while employers complete KYB business verification, so each side knows the other is real before work begins. Agreements put scope, workload, and compensation in writing, and every deliverable, payment confirmation, and feedback entry becomes part of a portable record the professional keeps.
How does ProsFair help employers?
Employers can find professionals, establish clear agreements, manage work, monitor meaningful changes, maintain records, and rematch when necessary.
Does ProsFair monitor employees?
No. ProsFair focuses on work outcomes and documented commitments rather than invasive surveillance such as screenshots, mouse tracking, or keyboard monitoring.
What happens if the working relationship is not working?
Either side can request a rematch. ProsFair can use documented engagement information to help identify better matching criteria.
Does AI decide who is right?
No. AI can summarize information and identify patterns, but it does not automatically decide who is right or assign blame.
Are users verified?
ProsFair supports identity verification for professionals and business verification for employers. Verification status is always clearly displayed and never implied when it has not occurred.
